Registration

Conference registration includes attendance at all conference events and sessions, in addition to a welcome reception on Tuesday, January 24, lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, January 25-26, and dinner at the awards banquet on Thursday, January 26. A preliminary schedule can be found here.

Lodging

Join us at the Hyatt Regency at the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) airport from Tuesday, January 24 to Friday, January 27, 2023 (three nights). The Hyatt Regency is conveniently located adjacent to the airport and provides a complimentary shuttle service to the hotel from DFW baggage claim. There is no airport transportation cost for attendees.

Conference attendees will receive a discounted hotel rate of $169/night plus tax by booking through the hotel link provided above. The room block is limited, so do not delay in booking your room. All reservations must be made by January 3, 2023.

**There are two Hyatts at DFW - The Grand Hyatt and the Hyatt Regency. The conference is being held at the Hyatt Regency.**


Arrival and Transportation

Conference check-in begins at 10 am and hotel check-in starts at 3 pm on January 24. The Conference will provide a safe place to store bags before hotel check-in. The conference begins promptly at 2:00 pm Central.

Driving: For those driving to the conference and using a GPS app or website for directions, please do not search for the hotel's physical address. Please search “DFW Airport” and follow directions into DFW International Airport complex. Once you have entered the airport via the toll booths, please follow the signs to Hyatt Regency DFW, adjacent to Terminal C. Entry and exit through DFW toll booths is included in guest complimentary parking for overnight stays and events. There will be a parking fee for each day.

Self Parking:
Terminal parking areas inside the airport: $24/day
Express parking, uncovered: $12/day
Express parking, covered: $15/day
Remote parking on airport grounds: $10/day

Flying:  Guests of Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport enjoy complimentary 24/7 shuttle service between the hotel and all DFW terminals. To arrange a pick-up, call (972) 453-1234, or text (972) 325-0899.  Please include your name, terminal, gate number, and the number of people in your party. Access the Hyatt shuttle on the terminal’s lower level under the purple shuttle sign for all hotel pick-ups.


Meals

Meals Included in Registration:

  • Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, January 25-26
  • Dinner at the awards banquet on Thursday, January 26

All other meals are on your own. The Hyatt Regency features three on-site restaurants. In addition, charming downtown Grapevine with shops and restaurants is nearby and accessible by the complimentary hotel shuttle. Information about Grapevine Restaurants can be found here.


Conference Payment and Receipts

Prepayment in full is required at the time of registration. Confirmation of registration is provided automatically with online registration. Confirmations will be sent by email. If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact [email protected].


Cancellations/Refunds

Refund requests must be received in writing by email by December 24, 2022. A refund of the conference registration fee, less $100, will be granted for all email cancellation requests received by December 24, 2022. No refunds will be granted after this date.


Registration Transfers

Canceled conference registrations may be transferred to another priest or deacon with no penalty by January 15, 2023.
